Nothing much to say. Very busy week. Missed most of the cricket. Will be heading off again tomorrow. Probably back by the middle of next week. COVID outbreak in Brissy a bit of a worry. How's things where you are?
Things here okay. I seem to have woken up with a sore throat though and am waiting to see if it's just because I slept so heavily or if I'm sick and thus need to have a covid swab. Hubby of course pooh-poohed me saying "why would you have covid?" And while he has a point, I'm a hospital worker and if I am sick with ANYTHING, the swab must be obtained and I must stay at home until I get better because ANY covid-like symptoms can clean out the entire workplace as people are forced to isolate and get swabbed one after another.
Maybe I'll wait until monday to get the swab so I can have a bloody day off, hehe.
Just realised the 17th Jan (the next protest day in US) is tomorrow, a Sunday. It'd be good if it was just a tiny good of loony crazies and they somehow accidentally shot each other!!!
