Brisbane Heat fell on their faces in the semi-finals. It was a really stupid and depressing way to lose too. *sigh*
Also, Google locked me out of this account. For about a week. Again. I think this might be the first time it's happened this year, but it used to happen quite frequently in the past. Apparently, they don't like the fact that I obfuscate my IP address, and their way of dealing with it is to lock me out and demand I give them a phone number. Usually, if I wait long enough, they will relent, and allow me to reset my password using my secondary email account, but I guess it's only a matter of time before that option goes away entirely.
I've been thinking of getting off Blogger for quite a while - since about the first time this happened, I guess. Maybe it's time to really seriously do it. Where to go is the issue. Believe it or not, when it comes to prohibited content, Blogger is just about the most permissive platform I know of - and it's free - and you don't have to run ads if you don't want to.
*sigh*

If you need to leave, can you email me and let me know where you go?
I only come here for you anyway, so will follow if you set up a private server.
Yep, I'll let you know if it ever happens. A virtual private server seems like a nice idea, but on top of the extra work of maintaining it, there's also the fact that it's likely to cost around 100 quid a year. That's not a huge amount, but it's just another little niggle.
Really, I just wish Google would stop being so shitty.
Hi you two yeah let me know of course obvs
