After Brexit, Trump, and the return of Hanson, I wrote a couple of posts where I bemoaned the number of lefties in the media who were whinging about racism, sexism, and (insert)phobia, rather than addressing the economic and social pressures driving low-income people away from mainstream politics.
So, tonight I go to ABC online to catch up on the news (it's been a few weeks since I've seen anything outside the tech sphere) and I find roughly eight million articles on class division, where people are talking about exactly the things I said they should have been talking about eighteen months ago.
What the fuck happened?

The revolution is coming. Sharpen your guillotines.
Actually I think if we weren't all so anaesthetised by the internet and television it would have happened ten years ago.
Interested to know your thoughts re: the recent warnings that Russian hackers are infiltrating our internet routers. What the hell is that all about and why tell us. What are we meant to do about it
Suze, I kinda thought it was going to kick off with the Occupy Wallstreet uprising. But then the radical left lost interest and decided to get obsessed with white privilege, and the male gaze, and micro-aggressions, and all the rest of the bullshit they carry on with nowadays.
Squib, see my latest post.
