What would it be like if somebody found a way to introduce heroin into your body without your knowledge? Would would it be like to become addicted to something without even knowing what it was you were addicted to?
And then I started thinking …
What would it be like to be raised in some sort of radical feminist commune where there were no men, no images of men, and not even any sort of references to men (literary, conversational, or otherwise)? What would happen when you hit puberty? Assuming you were hetero, and sexual orientation is biological and not learned, how would human sexuality manifest under such conditions?
